Pueblo Leather Vertical Card Wallet with ID Window, Bordeaux
A vertical bifold card wallet cut and stitched by hand from veg-tanned Pueblo leather, about the proportions of a passport cover. The outside is bordeaux with the dry, cloudy matte surface Pueblo is known for; open it and the inside is deep teal, split down the middle by a natural tan spine panel. Two layered card slots sit on the left, and a clear ID window framed in bordeaux sits on the right with a slip pocket behind it.
Details
- Leather: veg-tanned Pueblo, unfinished and matte, so it darkens and smooths as you carry it. Colours vary slightly from hide to hide.
- Colours: bordeaux outside, deep teal inside and on the back panel, natural tan centre spine and window backing.
- Layout: two card slots on the left, clear ID window plus a slip pocket on the right.
- Size (approx., estimated from the photos): about 9.5-10 x 13-13.5 cm closed (3.7-3.9 x 5.1-5.3 in), about 1.2 cm thick. Weight about 60 g.
- Hardware: none at all. Hand saddle-stitched with tonal red thread; edges sanded and burnished by hand.
- Personalisation: a name can be debossed in gold foil on the front. The wallet in these photos was made with a customer's name on it, which is how the foil looks in daylight.
Made by hand in our small leather workshop in Vietnam, most pieces to order, one at a time. Because the leather is left unfinished, the grain and the cloudy shading will not repeat exactly on your piece.
