How it’s made, by hand

Leather selection
A full-grain or exotic hide, chosen for quality and character.

Cutting
Each piece is cut by hand using a template made to your exact lug width and length, minimising waste and maximising precision.
- 03
Skiving & padding
Edges are skived thin for a clean fold, and a padding layer is added for a supple, comfortable fit on the wrist.

Saddle stitching
One thread, two needles — pulled tight by hand, stitch by stitch.

Edge finishing
Edges sanded, dyed and burnished to a smooth, glass-like finish.
- 06
Quality check
Every strap is inspected for stitching, edge finish, and fit before being packed and shipped to your door.
