Shipping & Return

A soft black leather roll that holds five pens, pencils or brushes and keeps them from rattling around loose in a bag. The top edge folds down over the pen caps, then the whole thing rolls up and a flat leather tie wraps around the middle to hold it shut. A small split ring is riveted to the end of the tie, so you can clip the roll to a bag strap or a belt loop instead of digging for it.

Details

  • Smooth black cowhide, soft temper — it rolls up without cracking or holding a hard crease
  • Five stitched slots, one instrument per slot; fold-over top flap covers the caps
  • Approx. 19–20 cm x 18–19 cm open; approx. 19–20 cm long and about 5 cm across when rolled (measured against a standard pencil in the photos, so treat these as estimates)
  • Flat leather tie closure, wrapped and tucked — no zip, no snap, no buckle
  • Nickel-tone split ring set on a single round rivet at the end of the tie
  • Turned and stitched edges rather than cut-and-painted, with black thread that sits almost invisible against the leather
  • One colour: black throughout, body, flap and tie
  • Light enough that it adds almost nothing to what you are already carrying

Each roll is cut, folded and stitched by hand in our small workshop in Vietnam, and most pieces are made to order — so expect the grain and the soft creasing to look slightly different from the photos on the one you receive.
